Should it be mandatory to have a fire extinguisher at Home? Yes Or No

As now a days in any part of the world fire is one of the big risk in property, life... And one idea here in Dubai came out that they need to have a mandatory that all of the houses to have a fire extinguesher... Do you think it will be helpfull or not...

Yes, I think it should be made compulsary for every person to have a fire extinguisher at home for safety of his home and family. It's okay if he think he is very lucky and won't suffer from any problem regarding accidents. But on other hand accidents are called accidents as they don't make a call before coming. lolz It would be helpfull for people to save their life from any kind of fire accident.

i think it should be mandatory, and i would be surprised as to why anyone wouldn't want one in their place of residence. all you have to do is check it twice a year to assure that the pressure is still strong and you have a life save in case an unfortunate accident was to ever occur.
