Have you ever made an attempt at earning money when you were a child? haha To tell you a funny story,I earned a little money from my mother when I was about 7 years old.My mother asked me to clean the floor, but I refused to do that.So my mother promised to give me some money if I did the things she asked me to.In order to earn the money,I decided to do it.After the work,my mother gave me the money as she promised. That's my experience of making money for the first time.haha It seems like a joke. Can you tell me when and how you earned money for the first time? Please share your experience with us,OK?

Hmmmm...It really bring back the memories.Honestly,i've got the same story as you.Since my siblings all of them are boys and i'm the eldest,so i'm the one who always do the job(cleaning the backyard, painting the wall, baby sitter-sometimes,even cooking!!)....huuu,what a pain. But I love my mother sooooo much since she teach me everything about life when i'm doing the job alongside her... But not to forget,i've got the payment also...hehehe (although it is not too much)

when i was about 7 or 8 years old, i would always go to my grandmother's house and play there. since i'm a kid and all i just want to play and play so when my grandma asked me wash the plates i said later, and later.. haha! so my grandma promised me money in order to make me wash the plates. i mean, it's money and kids my age don't really have money so i agreed. after doing the task, i feel a whole lot better. i feel like i've done something and was actually rewarded for it.

When I was young around 5-7 years old. I often make drawings and sell them to my playmates. Sometimes they would request a certain picture to be drawn, their favorite cartoon character, for example. Then I'll draw them and give it to them. In return, they pay me. When I reach gradeschool. I have a friend who is a great story teller. Basically, she makes the stories and I draw her stories. We sell little comic books to our classmates. I guess that was my very first encounter of working for money.

Your discussion brought back the sweet memories. I really earned money (not from my parents and relatives) when I was 12 years old, during summer Holidays. The job was in a Dairy Research Institute. The Job was to collect the urines and dungs of cows for research purpose.

When I was younger around 5 or 6 my brother and I would offer to shovel our neighbors driveways for money during the winter months. In the fall we would rake peoples leaves and in the summer we would mow peoples lawns. I grew up in a large family so if we wanted spending money we would figure out ways to make it. My brother and I always had money because we worked hard to earn it.

Yeah, when I was 9 years old I was 3rd grade then. There is a guava tree in our backyard and it bears many fruits that are so delicious and huge. I pick the fruits and sell them to my classmates. While my classmates are enjoying the fruits, I am enjoying my money too, and i save them in my big coin bank.
