I think that would be very difficult. I also think it would be unfair on the person getting married to have the distraction there.

If I was invited, I don't see why not. I would be happy that they have moved on and found their life partner.

Are you talking about a current lover or a former lover? If it's a current lover then I would say that person has a major problem as does the person they are marrying!
If you are talking about a former lover it would just depend on what my feelins for him were. If I was still in love with him or had hard feelings over how things ended with him there is no way I could attend. If I no longer had feelings with him and I had moved on as well and there were no hard feeling involved, then I might possibly be able to attend.

No, I know I could never stand it. And I guess I wouldn't want to. I guess for some people it might provide closure, the reality that he's gone and not coming back. I would consider it torture and wouldn't want to put myself through that. Rejection always has a devastating affect on me.

I was actually considering this very question earlier this weet and as I give it some more thought, I probably would attend as long as things haven't become too awkward. A party is a party and always a time to rock out.

No it would hurt to much. I wouldn't want to damper their special day. Besides I think it's wrong to desire another persons spouse. I wouldn't even want to be in that type of situation. Sometimes you have to completely let a person go so that they can go on with their lives. It's not only for sake of the newly united couple, but it's also for your sake as well.

Sure. Why not? Past is past my friend. You can't keep lingering in the past and die there. You've to look forward as life only walks forward.
