well paypal is not avilable in my country but i have a account of paypal and i have a cousin in qatar and paypal works in qatar if i give my account password sould he get my money from there please tell me?if you have idea?

Do check the rules in paypal. As far as Iknow you had registered in your country so whenever you open your account it says tha you had registered in your country. It won't work into qatar unless ofcourse your cousin makes some account there using his address and he would be the one who will send money to you. As far as paypal is concenr if it wasnt supported your country you could only send money but you could not recieved some money from anyone.
