Raw foods Diet!

the best best , hands down , has got to be the raw foods vegan diet.
Basically, what you eat is the healthiest freshest organic fruits vegetables raw nuts and seeds,spices and herbs and lots of clean water. excercise and go outside and feel the energy from the sun, and spend time enjoying the outdoors. If the food you are eating is abundant in vitamins and minerals then you will not have cravings for more food.

You're like, so ahead of your time!
It's more than just vitamins & minerals that the medical profession can measure from a great big "spun & dyed" blood sample... it's about the living energy of the whole foods that elevates a person & the complete absence of the killing energy that hangs thickest around animal products. For these reasons & more besides, I sprout my own seeds, legumes & grains... which reminds me - I've gotta get back to them now!
