i can live without computers, and i guess everybody can to. its a matter of adjustment and looking for other alternatives. we just got so hooked up with the internet now that we could say we cant live without it. we're now so dependent to it. it would be hard for sure, but we'll just get used to it.

Yes, you are right ....computer and internet has become part & parcel of our (my) life. I joined mylot few months back...and after that it has been a continuous journey here.I love to answer discussions of my interest...and whenever possible start my own discussions. It always feels good and creative to pen down my thoughts while replying to a discussion.
It has been a very good learning experience here, I get to know different ideas, thoughts, experiences and views of different people here. In the process I have added some very good, sweet and nice friends in my list like YOU...(which otherwise might not have been possible).
Have a Nice Day!

Dear Priti,
First of all, Heartiest Congratulations! you have a red star shining against your name now. Good to see that red star!
Yes, you are SPECIAL, I can vouch for that and I can bet you have something extra-ordinary in you.
It is my pleasure...that you find me sweet and nice...and I would say the same thing...it has been a wonderful experience being your friend here. Rather I am lucky to have you as my friend and I must be thankful to YOU...because it was you who sent me a request for 'friendship'.
Have a Great Day!
Deepak

No, I honestly don't think I could live without computers. I guess if I was forced to I'd get used to it, but it would be really hard for me. I've been using computers all my life, it would leave such a gap in my life! I need my computer for work and projects and without it I couldn't do anything.

I cant live without a computer either - and not coz of mylot. I do all my work online and on a computer. i would be lost without it as all my data files, etc is on it. The computer just makes life so much easier for everyone, and helps us connect with people all over the world.

No, I can not live without computer at present. I don't have any better idea than something to be on a computer.
But maybe if I get busier on study or work, I'll get the entertainment stuff for a while, but I still need it to study and work!

No Way! It would be like cutting off my right arm! I am so heavily dependent and addicted to my computer that going without it for a day, is like going cold turkey! I spend so much time on my computer that I would be totally lost without it. I love the internet it is one of the greatest modern day inventions and we take it so much for granted, can you imagine life with the internet or life without computers?

Hi touchnshine,
Honestly no, I dont think I could live without my computer. I have my own website, use it to check emails to keep in touch with friends and family, play games, surf, use it to find out information, etc.

Computer became an important commodity of our lives. It is good friend. This machine replaced the reading material. We use to read the books and newspaper to keep ourself inform, but people left this habit and they are becoming addict of computer. Here you can gain alot. But I comcluded that nothing is free. It has its own culture quite different to the culture of real life. This is something special and I could not imagin the happy or busy life without computer. But not for those, who have no computer literacy. It is an ocean and we are collecting pearls.

I can live without computer and I'm gonna miss it when it's gone. I hope they discover a better one where in you can surf in it virtually. It's that amazing. I read they are going to redo the internet. They want to put more control into it and make it faster. It looks gross because they want to like provide censorship to it.

For me, i can say that i can still live without computers. Now, i am really using the computer, but if i am going in the provinces, where there are no computers, i am not looking for any computer shop. I am just contented living the simple life in the province so i don't have to look for a computer.
