How did my 'puter get a bug????????

I was on my computer Saturday morning and everything was fine. By Saturday night my computer was sick. I don't understand what happened but all of a sudden I had new screens popping up all over the place. I downloaded several spyware blasters and blockers but nothing helped. This morning I restored my computer and so far everything is back to normal. I need to know if someone can tell me how this happened and what is the best thing to use to keep it from happening again. It started when my daughter was browsing for myspace layouts. HELP!!!!!!!

Definitely this was some kind of bug which infected your computer and when ur daughter was surfing then prob this bug gets into ur comp...When u restore it it was in c drive thats why it get sorted out......To stop these kinds of bugs further install good antivirus such as nortan of mccafe......Also install yahoo spyware so it will stop it from happening again....And always update those antiviruses...
