Are you on a diet?

IF so, what are you on? Has it helped? I have been off and on the Atkins since September. The problem is I lost 44 lbs and gained 20 lbs back. UGHHH Anyone want to team up and have some diet buddies?? Please share your weight loss stories or diets you are following. It may help some of us out. Thanks

I am on the Weight Watchers diet plan right now and I love it! I have lost a total of almost 15 lbs! It may not sound like a lot but I didn't have a lot to lose in the first place. But I feel so much better since I have started! I also get to eat what I love (JUNK FOOD!) lol. Last week I ate a KitKat Blizzard and still lost .8 lbs! I don't have to limit the foods I eat (just the portions). I really think that WW is the best diet plan! =)

Thank you! The KitKat Blizzard is awesome!! Sadly I saw the commercial again and had to go get one! I hope you check out WW. It has really helped me. I have not only lost weight but also changed my lifestyle. Most diets don't work because the results are not permanent. As soon as you get off the "diet" you gain all your weight back. If you incorporate just a few tips into your daily routine you will lose weight fast and in a healthy way (and the results are permanent!) I am attempting to lose a significant amount of weight. However, I'm not following any set diet. Instead, I'm just trying to make healthier choices in my eating habits so it becomes a lifestyle change instead of just a temporary diet. So far, in about three weeks, I've lost around 5 pounds. Not a whole lot, I know, but it's a start! Best of luck with your weight loss goals.

yes, i am doing the atkins diet, low carbs. i have lost 2 pounds this week and very happy. to diet i think is to have the disapline. there is another group on her doing the buddie diet, come join us.type in diet discussions on top and you can find her, sorry i cannot remember her name. best of luck

My favorite diet is simply Weight Watchers. You can sign up at Weightwatchers.com for free unless you want to be involved in the online meetings. I find it very easy to follow and when I find myself falling off the wagon, it's surprisingly easy to get right back on. Good luck!

Yes, I am always hearing that WW is the way to go. Hubby and I are going to start it this week and see how it goes. It was a toss up between WW and South Beach
