Corruption in Immigiration department of Pakistan?? what do you think about it

I have started this post in other interest but no response,because i waana know a bit from Mylot community. So the story will go now.In Pakistan most of the governments or semi government departments are being covered by the corrupt peoples.Some corrupt elements are so terrible that they would do any thing to get a mere financial benefit. One of my friend has share this story with me that when he was coming to study abroad the immigration department in Lahore Airport has stolen 100$ from his purse by using tricks of counting the show money. And this is one story but who knows every day who many innocent are been deprived of money with such kind of acts. He told me that Immigration department officers would behave with you that you are not able to be called as humans.If you are traveling first time you would be the hot Cake for these dirty vultures. who want to snatch every thing from your body. This is very sad part of a Muslim dominated country called Islamic REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN.
So what would you think about this situation.?????????????

Its not just the story of Pakistan but many countries,and Pakistan is just by name the Islamic REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN ther isnot a singl law of our country according to Islam,our wholV systm is bas on intrst and banking systm which is strictly prohibitd in Isla

I think most of 3rd world country have same problem. I have friend who is India citizen, when he entered our airport, he also told me that the staf asking for money, if not, he can't enter Indonesia. And my friend is very angry and shouted to the staf until the person said sorry to him.
And still many aspects in our government already maintain corrupt habit, from the top to the below one. Indonesia also dominated by Moeslim, but I think if people already talk about money, even religion is not important thing for them.
I also sad with the situation in my country, and now even worse, seems that corruption is already a culture among us. Sometimes in business ethic we also doing dirty business practice to get job order from the government. I think no one can solve this problem anymore, unless the corruptor got die punishment maybe it will reducing that situation, but as long as I know, corruptor got jail on 5-10 years and still got good facilities, and after release he still can enjoy the corruption result.
Well.. too bad, but this is the real fact.
