How many points can you earn from a conversation?

As far as I know you only get a point when on person responds, but is there a way to get more through a discussion? Is it smarter to just respond to discussions, that way you are guaranteed a point?

If you really want to be guaranteed money, make post about irrevelant topics that are extremely repetitive on here. If you post topics about day to day, seeking advice, personal, non-thought provoking topics, etc. you will get tons of responses. If you need an example of what I am talking about, just go to the home page.
I only reply to topics that are of interest to me. And I have further re-defined the topics that I will and will not respond too. It doesn't matter if I will get 1 cent or 50 cents, there are some topics on here that I will no longer respond too.
I would advise you to posts/respond to topics/posts that matter to you. However, if you really want to make money, posts irrelevant topics and you are guaranteed responses. Good-luck.
