There is link generator for this quest. You just have to press the needed link at the shown time and refresh the page till you get a message that you won (if you didn't won for about 10 seconds after shown time you can stop trying, becouse someone was faster than you... Then you should repeat it after one hour. With this tool it's very easy to collect horseshoes, I collected them when online was~23.000 peolpe!
The site is Polish, so there are some translations:
Czerwona - Yellow horseshoe
Zielona - Green horseshoe
Niebieska - Red horseshoe

I made that challenge and i got the game. It was a little difficult to get those horseshoes but i did it without using any software. I logged in early in the morning, before i go to work and i succed it. But the is not so good as i was expecting from it. I earn about 0.01-0.02 bubz and not everytime i play. Oh ....and the game offers just one ticket, not three.

Yes I've got one of the secret games called "Lone Ranger", where you have to scratch the 3 badges of the Sheriff on the Ticket. If you find 3 identical amounts, you win that amount.
