what kind of boss do you have?

Iwant to leave my boss and start my own business.My boss does not worry about our security. Our monthly income is very low and is paid late.We try to understand him because of the crisis in our countries but from day to day the situation is hard. So i plan to leave him and to become my own boss. What would you do if you are in my situation? would you like to become your own boss? What do think that i need to have better starting?

first, do you have enough money to fund your business? if yes, then, go ahead and start one without leaving your job yet. if your business would start to demand much time from you and it's profitable, then you may leave your job already! you can ask someone really close to you to manage it for awhile first, give him/her enough allowance and make it just a part-time job for him. and if all goes well with the business then, go for it. if not, you'd still have your job, right! well, i'm not that good in business, so i would just find a better job in a better company.
