why is it so many herbs are considered a drug

GOD put that on the earth for our health,like cancer patient and many others reasons.as long as you control it and use it responsibly.so tell me why is it so wrong? what harm does it do all i can see is it can help and will help you just don't get out like go driving around while you do it.
