do you grow your own veg?

I have had this week off work as holiday. As we have recently moved house we decided not to go away. I have spend the week in the garden preparing a vegetable plot and planting the seeds. I am growing peas, onions and runner beans.
Do you grow your own veg and if so what do you grow?

Yes, I love to grow vegetables, currently I am growing herbs in the house, but I have purchased my seeds for tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and squash. I hope to have a large garden this year so I can can most of the vegetables and give them as gifts at Christmastime.

my Husband's dad is bringing me some lettuce seeds and tomato plants tomorrow so I will be joining you in eating more salad this year.
I am a little weary of herbs simply because I dont know much about them but if all goes well this year, I will read up about them and try herbs next year.
