Do you blow dry your hair? or don't you?
Blow drying is fast especially when you are in rush.I'd been blow dryin my hair since i started to grow my hair to a little longer. But i think its taking a toll on my hair. These days they just break from the middle easily when i run my finger through my hair.
Can anyone of here please throw a light on the blow drying myth? My googling isn't getting any hits today.Thanks.

No, I never blow my hair if I can help it. I prefer to let my hair dry naturally. That is not a problem as I normally wash it in the afternoon so it is dry in a couple of hours time. Blow drying tends to dry out the ends of my hair and makes my scalp oily.

yes, i'm saying that blow drying can really damage your hair specially when you blow you hair everyday, it makes your hair dry and frizzy..before i used to blow dry my hair but i stop coz i noticed that my hair got that split ends and it become dry..i know it can make your hair dry that fast specially when youre in rush..but sometimes, you need to have a break of blowing your hair..

I'm not a expert but I think that it can damage the hair if not done properly. I guess it is like washing you hair every day. People say that it damages your hair, but I just can't take a bath without washing my hair.
But then again all models and actress do it all day and they have like perfect hairs...

i've read in magazines that constant blow drying can damage your hair. so it's recommended that you put some heat styling serum before blow drying, it can protect your hair. you can try that. i usually let my hair dry on its own. unless i'm in a hurry to go out then i'd blow dry my hair, coz i don't like my hair to be wet when i go out hehe.
