Drive through or dine in?

Do you normally eat in a fast food resteraunt or go through the drive though? I used to always go through the drive through but things have changed. Places like McDonalds are starting to put TVs and nice booths into their resterants. I have been eating in the resteraunt more often now. Also the lines at the drive through are always long. What do you prefer?

If I am by myself, it's usually dine-in, but if I am with someone else, it's a drive-through on our way somewhere else. Today my mother and I ate lunch at Tim Horton's, and we drove through, eating in our car in the parking lot.

Well, I'm just going to be honest here. I used to prefer to eat going through the drive thru because while I am not FAT I am not skinny either. I felt so self conscience of people (especially those in my own age group) seeing me sitting in a Burger King chowing down on a whopper that I didn't want to be seen near the fast food place at all. I hardly eat out anymore because firstly, who can afford it and secondly who knows if you're eating hair or if the person who made your burger washed their hands or not etc... But drive thru is great when you are on a road trip and need to get somewhere in a good time frame. However if I'm just out with my guy or friends I am still self conscience so I won't order a meal or anything when we go into the place (I'll only order a small burger and small fry or something).

I always find that the drive-thru moves slower than actually just going into the restaurant. Also, I've lost track of the number of times they seem to get the order wrong at the drive thru. Problem is, you don't usually notice till you get home and at that point who can be bothered going back to get it fixed?

If you ask me, i will choose dine in, even i in hurry i will not take drive in as a choice, I lo\ive to take time and releks when have a meal, take a partner that will good choice because what i read most of people get fat because their dont spent enough time at dinning table. Take time to eat, eat you meal properly, not just pun in mouth and swalow it, that make we fat, and that is not good tor our healt, our system must work hard to process that meal, to let you mouth do the job properly and let a rest do less job. So releks and enjoy a meal. happy meal.. haha

Depends on what I'm doing. I prefer to dine in if I'm going for a nice meal. If i'm on the run, i do the drive through thing. I guess it's a matter of convenience. If only there was a good italian or chimese drive through.

Hmmm...well, considering that I've boycotted McDonald's, I'd have to say that I don't go through any of them. But, I used to use the drive thru all the time, since I'd rather eat at home if it's fast food. They're putting TV's in the restaurants? What's that all about? They want you to feel more at home now or something? That's ridiculous, IMO. I don't even allow that here at home.
