When I am tired, I usualy turn on the weather channel in order to relax myself. I know it may sound wierd but it's really not. This way I can catch up on the upcoming weather and also calm down. The music that is usually playing is nice and relaxing and helps get me to sleep. When tired, just flip on the weather channel!

I am relaxing right now, but sitting infront of my computer, and listening to some good music. I am just taking time to myself, not answering the phone (unless it's the number of someone I want to talk to, appearing on my call display), I'm just doing what I want to do, and ignoring everyone else.

I love Infinity's answer. I think I've done that myself. There is something oddly calming about the weather channel!
When I need to relax there are a few things I do. Most often I knit. I find the repetitive motions of knitting to be very soothing. In fact I learned to knit in my college years when I was especially stressed!
I will also take a bath, read or put on a DVD of my favorite show. When I am really super stressed I actually can't sleep. Stress gives me insomnia so unfortunately sleeping is not an option for me. When I get insomnia I will usually get up and either see what's on TV or get on the computer and catch up on my internet surfing.
