Well my number dropped

Sometimes it drops because of people rating you, but it's not that you said anything particularly wrong. My rating goes up and down between a 9 and a 10, too. I've noticed that it tends to go down whenever I post a controversial topic such as religion. It also goes down when I rant about different types of people, such as when I ranted about the dentist or lawyers. You never know if someone here is also like that dentist I talked about.

Well I am quite new to myLot in terms of postings but I joined myLot about 2 weeks back.I have read many discussions about the decrease in the ratings.It must be due to the -ve ratings given to you on your responses by the members.Or it may also be due to any of your discussions or responses against the myLot guidelines.I hope you will be back to the star 10.

Don't get discouraged by the number ranking. I've yet to completely figure out why it goes up and down. Others say it has to do with how people rank your answers. If you give good feedback. Good luck at bringing it back up.

Well even my my lot reputation dropped from 5 to 4.I do the same activity daily.It is a mystery as to how mylot rates its members.I dont get paid much either.

Dude, you've dropped a lot of user rating points. You're now at 90. The minimun you need to get a blue star is 95. You must've posted something that must've really annoyed a lot of people.

I think that number fluctuates not necessarily because you said something wrong but maybe you just posted smaller posts or responded to discussions that were just there to earn money. Hopefully your rating goes back up soon.

You should would feel lucky you even made it to a ten. Since I have been here my number has not changed. It has stayed the same. I am glad it hasn't went down but all my friends have gone to a ten and I have stayed the same. Wondering what I am doing wrong lol. Don't worry I'm sure you will be there again soon. My number has been stagnant at “9” for about two to three weeks. Seriously, I do not know what is actually happening. Does the fluctuating number really affect your earning or other factors that you are keen in? I till now have been treating it as a number and paid little concern on it. Am I doing something wrong in not paying to mush attention to it? Can anyone advise me. Thank you.

well it happens here most of the time, my rating also dropped from 10 to nine but I have managed to bring it back to life.There are people who are not really pleased for all we hve to say here on my lot.
