Taylor Hicks vs. Chris Daughtry

I have heard both CDs and sorry to say but Chris's sucks. He got voted off when it was time for him to go,he would of never won. Taylor won because he is the best and because he rocks! I hae seen both in person and Taylor is way better performer. Kinda funny Taylors cd is better and its going stronger then Chris's wonder why his CD is 9 bucks when all the rest of the AI performers can make 15 on theirs. Hopefully maybe Chris can make his cd better if he ever has another one come out.

I was so shocked when Chris Daughtery was kicked off last year. I was just stunned. I really thought that he would win the whole thing. I felt he was the best singer and couldn't believe they voted him off. And then this year the same thing is happening. Sanjaya is still on there when singers better than him are being voted off. What is happening to this show. I am not sure that I want to watch it anymore after this season.

I did not like any of the singers from that season..actually. I think Chris has a very generic rock voice and he falls into the same leagues as the Nickleback/ Fuel/ Hinder sort of crowd/sound, only he os more "pop" than "grit". Every song he sand on American Idol almost sounded the same to me because of his voice even when he was trying to be "different". I would have voted for Taylor Hicks.

It was truly a let down when Chris Daughtry was voted off last season. If he remained in, I would have pulled for him to win it. As for comparing Chris Daughtry to Taylor Hicks, well they both have a different genre of music and must be judged individually on that account and fact. I love Chris Daughtry's CD. Every track on it is a hit and enjoyable. Taylor's CD is good, just different style of music, but it doesn't have the WOW factor that Chris Daughtry's CD does. You know how when you buy a new CD and you finally listen to it, and you realize that it was over-hyped and there are like 2-3 songs out of 12 that really are worth listening to? Well, that is definitely not what you get with Daughtry. You won't find yourself skimming through to find the tracks you like, and that you can pop in the CD and listen from start to finish. But he's a rocker-- Taylor is more easy listening music.

The Chris got voted off my son who is now 11 was upset he quit watching the show and I was very surprised myself. If it had been for Taylor vs. Chris of course I would of voted for Chris!! He was so good and oviously for a good reason. I hear about Chris all the time,but I don't ever hear how Taylor is doing.

i hear more of chris daughtry nowadays. his songs are more contemporary than taylor's. and they are very good. rock genre is definitely doing chris good. maybe taylor hicks needs to change his song style.

Chris Daughtry and to me even though he lost he is still the best. Katherine is ok and so is Taylor but look at Chris he has put out what 2 cd's already. What Has Taylor Hicks really done.

I am truly a Chris Daughtry fans and that since the beginning of last season. I was really disapointed when he was vote off but right now his album is still number 6 in the Billboard top 100 and Taylor is not there :P:P Eliott Yamin also just released an album . I listen to some sample on amazon and it was pretty good. A very good R&B album. So everyone album in the top 4 is doing better then Taylor.

Not having watched Idol till this season...Chris I know but Taylor I don't know one song by him and don't care for him at all.Daughtry I love his songs ! Hope they keep you in the video!!
