Does the act of smiling make you happy?

the act of smiling makes you smile back,it is just your normal response when people smile at you, you smile in return. It will makes me happy if the least person that will smile at me , smiled at me.

Yes, I agree with you that when someone smiled at me, it's just a natural response for me to smile back at them. But if someone way to frown at me, I would probably just raise my eyebrows in disbelief. Never going either way. Sometimes people just do that, just so they can see a response from the next individual.

yeah, there were times when i feel so tired and you just wanna blow somebody's head but when someone smile at me..i dont know..suddenly i forgot about being mad and tired and i will smile back. smiling makes my heart warm.

Even someone being nice to me, makes me feel good and warm. Someone having a hateful attitude can make me feel down. But I try not to stoop to there level and rise above it and kill 'em with kindness as I said before.

It does actually. It's been proven that if you smile and someone else does then it spreads like a yawn. I like to make someone's day when I smile and they smile back.

My mother always taught me kill 'em with kindness. And that being happy around someone can change someone's attitude faster than getting on there level asking why the attitude?

well, i smile if i feel like smiling in front of so many people. well, if i only feel so happy with what's happenin around me. i wont smile if there's nothing to smile about coz they will think im crazy!..
