Can Sri Lankan Team deserves W.C. 2007 Title?

yesterday Sri Lankam beat New Zeland by 6 wickets. they have shown their potential in batting, bowling and fielding as well. now there are three teams whose points are 8. first Australia, second Sri Lanka and third New zealand. definately there would be tough battle for winning the crown this year among them but last but not the least South Africans are not far behind more. comment please.

I know that sri lanka have shown their potential in batting and fielding and also in bowling. But, i feel that the true owners of the cup this time is Australia.
Because they are the best team, and they are the ones who aactually deserve to win.
