If you order for a tea in any of the hotels in my state the waiter definitely ask the above question. With or With out. He is asking about sugar. Here in Kerala most of the people are suffering from Diabatese. So am asking the question to my mylot friends are you with or without?

Iam quite familiar with this " with or without".we definitelt ask the people who come as guest to our home before we serve them with coffee or tea.My dad is also a diabetic patient but he keeps a very strict diet which enables him to maintain the level intact. But he never takes sugar eventhough doctor had advised he can add little.
I always want my tea to be served with correct amount of sugar.

it is such a shame that most of the kerala people are diabitic instead of prestige matter .people are not thinking why they are diabetic .in kerla people are taking only white rice called puzhukkalari ,and i guess it is the main reason for diabetics in kerla ,that rice is a doesnt give any health benefits instead people should start to take brown rice ,this will not only decrase diabetic but helps to improve over all health contitions.
by the way iam without ,i mean with out tea i w ont use tea at all.in fact i am planning to quit sugar .i dont have any diabetic ,i consider it as a white poisons
