Who do you think would be a great villain for Spider-Man to face next?

I think it's high time that Carnage took the stage.
See, Venom sees himself as a vigilante who happens to kill criminals and hate Spider-Man, but Carnage, though formed from the "child" of the Venom symbiote, when bonded to the psychotic serial killer Cletus Kasady, is bloodlust incarnate. This match occurred when a byproduct of the Venom symbiote found its way to serial killer Cletus Kasady, whom Spider-Man had put behind bars.
Driven by their mutual hatred for Spider-Man, Carnage and Kasady bonded greatly, so much so that they now refer to themselves as "I" rather than "we".
Carnage has super strength, agility, resistance to injury, and healing. Carnage can make snares or swinglines out of his symbiote, and he can generate weapons made entirely from his symbiote. He is less vulnerable to noise than Venom, but more vulnerable to heat.
I think that a fight with Carnage on the big screen would be simply epic. No other word for it. Carnage is a great villain; Venom is a violent vigilante who hates Spider-Man. Carnage is incredibly dangerous, and it would be one tough fight for Spidey to win.
What do you think? Would Carnage make a good big-screen villain? Is there someone you would prefer? What are your thoughts?

I think they could use Venom in several movies to come. They keep using Doc Conners, so Lizard will most likely appear soon. Venom, though, could keep reappearing.
Carnage would most likely take the movie beyond the PG-13 that the makers want. His very nature is much darker than the movies have come to be. He would be formidable, but most likely not practical.
