Who are you closer with, mom or dad?

I was closer to my father when he was still alive. But I also grew up with my father more than I did with my mother. He was always there to listen and he was the one person that knew how I felt about things. Instead of getting upset or mad at me when I received a failing grade in a science class, he didn't say anything until I asked him if I was in trouble. He told me that he didn't see the point because he knew me and that I would punish myself enough over it that when the next grading period came in, it would be an A. And he was right, I beat myself up over it and the final grade was an A. :) I miss him!

I'm close with both my parents. I can talk to them about anything. But of course, there are some things that my father could answer best, or my mother could relate more too. They are very much involved with my life. I suppose I am luck that way. :)
