I am sure he would not repeat what he had done earlier.He would see sense and just do the opposite of what he had earlier and work towards world peace.

If he would be rebourn in Austria again, I don't think, the Germans would do the same mistake to adopt him as their chancellor .... but even if, the psychiatric clinic system would neutralize him before coming into power anyway
