inviting your ex-boyfriend on your wedding day

I'll be attending my bestfriends wedding in a couple of days and her ex-boyfriend wants to be invited.At first I dont like the idea but the more I think about it the more it sounds interesting hehe.Y not?As long as they parted ways as goodfriends, right?..I think I'll be inviting my ex on my wedding day.How about you?what do you think? :)

Well, i would invite my ex to my wedding if and only if i believe he has moved on with his life. My wedding day should be the happiest day of my life, and i sure don't want any of my wedding guests to be miserable when my fiance and I say our "I DO's".

I think it would be tougher to invite ex on wedding. You really wouldnt know what would he/she (your ex) feel into it. But on the other hand, for the sake of now being a sort of friend without diggin your both pasts, then that's good.

I know a lot of people who choose to do this. If you are comfortable with it and you remain friends after the relationship has broken off, why not? I personally, wouldn't. I would feel uncomfortable with that. I don't want to have anything to do with my ex-husband since our divorce, but that is a personal choice. We did not have an amicable break up at all, so I would feel quite uncomfortable on the happiest day of my life.
