Use of cellphones while driving

No use of cellphone during driving - It could cost your life or the life of someone else if we use a cellphone during driving.Please give your views here.

A cellphone is an item of necessity in the world today.All people from all walks of life use a cellphone.However it is a safety issue if a person uses a cellphone while simultaneously driving.It can be a cause of distraction to the driver.His mind is not 100% on the road and on the wheel if he does so.Doing so is danderous and can even cost the person or someone elses life.In India we have traffic rules that a person is driving, he cannot use a cellphone.Still even after these rules drivers are negligent and still use their phones while driving.Is it so in other countries as well? Please give your views on this topic.

If I driving, I don't use cellphones. But some necessary cases, I used. I knew it's dangerous to use cellphones. I knew no reason can't explain for that activity.
