A B and C are staying together in a rented house. Each are paying 10$ per month. They contributed 10$ each and gave to a boy and ask him to give the money to their landloard. The boy gave the money to the owner and he returned 5$ to the boy. He gave back 3 dollar(one dollar each)to the tenants and he keep the remaining two dollar. So each tenant spent 9$ that mean 9*3 = 27$ + 2$Kept by the boy = 29$. Where the one dollar gone.

money given to the landlord =30$
money given back by the landlord is=5$
money taken by the landlord is =25$
money kept by the boy is =2$
money given back by the boy =3$
therefore the money contributed by each tenant=27/3=9
therefore there is no matter of losing one dollar
