Which Indian curry do life most

I like sambar if that is made the way it has to be. My mother is expert in making sambar. My cusins like fish curry most. I do but rarely I eat non veg.

Do Indians cook chicken curry? I cooked chicken curry last night and my kids enjoyed their dinner! they love it whenever I cook chicken curry. I cooked the chicken with some coconut milk and curry powder, onions, garlic, ginger and potatoes my mom loves it too whenever i cook this. she taught me how to cook this, and now she prefers the way i cook it more than anyone else in the house does.

Yes we cook chicken curry too. There are varities of chicken curryies in our State called Kerala which considered as "God own country". Chicken curries like ginger chicken curry, sada chicken curry, fry chicken curry so on. In our place we also use coconut milk and coconut oil. We use curries usually with rice.

I do not eat non-veg items so i prefer veggies .
i love mushroom and soys nuggets a lot. i like its curry.
i like sambar also but only if it matches with my taste , half of the place where i have tasted sambar was pathetic. i was unable to understand that what have they given me. but some places they really makes it woww!!!!.
