i am a mother of a 1yr and 7 months old boy. I resigned from my work after giving birth since my husband and I decided that I should be the one to take care of him, because he is our first child and we don't want that somebody will look after him. For the first three months of not working,I felt bored and been missing my office life, I started then complaining to my husband and telling him that I am quite bored of the kind of life I have, a full-time mother. But after those months of lamenting, and seeing my son everyday grows, seeing him doing his first step, laughing and playing with him and asking him to do something makes my life complete. I have nothing to ask for, what I wanted now is to be with him and forgetting the kind of life i used to have before when I was not yet a mother. I thank God for sending him into my life and also I thank my husband for supporting me in rearing our child

I know exactly how you felt. I worked in an office since the day I left scholl until the birth of my first 15 years later. You just get used to that sort of lifestlye and yes, I really missed it and went through that stage too. But you adjust your life to being a mother and really nothing beats it. It is the best thing to see your children growing and learning everyday. What more could you ask for. Its perfect.
