which oil is used for ur cooking?????
coconut,sunflower or any other else??
once some news was around us about the use of coconut oil .
if we use regularly,it is high chance to make cholestrol,blood pressure and so on..
i dont think so.
i think it was a fake news, that any other oil company was behind there.
i am a regular use of this oil.
i hav no problem and my family.

We use coconut oils for all the Kerala style dishes. It is harmless and good for health.

no iam not using coconut oil for cooking...i think south indian's use to do so....
