I don't. My elderly mother does that when she sends me emails and I always feel like she is yelling at me when I read them. It was such a job teaching her to use the computer though, that we don't dare criticize, do we?
The other thing I can't figure out is why people randlomly capitolize within a word. I always want to ask them if there is some problem with their keyboard?

I don't do it. I only cap the words that are proper nouns, or the beginning of a sentence, or the like. Once in awhile I might use caps to emphasize a point, but I wouldn't do it all over the place.

I use capitals when i accidentally press the caps lock. Professionally, we should not use full capitals while typing. Its equivalent to scolding a person or rather saying in a bad tone. So avoid full capitals in professional emails.

Just do not capitalize you whole discussion or myLot will delete it. It is okay to capitalize some words because it helps to bring attention to certain information that you want people to notice. Since there is no potion for us to color or bold our text, capitalization can be used to highlight those important words in our discussion. Just do not over do it though.
