reading a lot helps even if the article is not of your interest. i read a lot. from old books to newspapers. you can also surf the net and find out about new things. it'll help you keep updated. good luck!

I work in the accounting department for a steel company. I'm in college right now and originally I was going for my accounting degree because I thought that was something I wanted to do, but I recently changed my major. I literally just changed my major last week. I decided to go for my English - Writing degree. I'm not sure what direction I want to go with it, but I know I love writing and I would love to make a career out of it!! The more I write articles, the more I would like to get into some form of journalism. I think my dream job would be to travel around the world and write about different locations. That would be a great career for me, but its not very realistic right now because I just bought a condo and I can't afford to quit my job. Someday it will happen though!

When I was in college I always wanted to be an engineer. I had a childhood dream of becoming a pilot. But I was bad in Chemistry. So though it is not relevant to engineering, it is needed to pursue the engineering stream. So I ended up being an Accountant, something that has nothing to do with science.

That's a great thing. Being a mom is something great..
I believe being a mom itself require a lot of hard works. i landed a job that related to what i studied at uni. I enjoy very much and i gain so much. But in a meantime..i am working towards my dream... to become a writer...
