sometimes boss is the best friend or best enemy in our life. the give criticisms thats affects our performance. What traits of your superior you like or dislike. why?

my boss is my best friend...cuz he is more like a friend to me than a boss...of course he gives me a piece of his mind when hez pissed and bugged on me...but thats what every boss's duty is...im happy to be working under him...cuz he understands not only me but all his employees...
