how to advertise my page

I have a site that I have created. It's not a blog, it's actually a website that allows you to add google maps to your blog (http://www.mapdaze.com in case anyone is interested).
Anyway, I was wondering about what do people think are cheap (important keyword :p) and creative ways to get people to come to my site? I've done adwords and yahoo marketing, both of which get people in, but not much turnover (meaning people register and use the site).

Use traffic exchange able to increased Ur traffic. BUt can U make sre they actually READ Ur content?
I doubt it. I think its better to promote manually. Safe but more efective for gain reader

What she means is U go to other webs and leave Ur URL there by sign their comment, Tag board or maybe guestbook
