My best dish is my slow roasted bar b que beef brisket served with broccoli and cheese. I just really enjoy cooking for others and seeing how they not just react to my cooking but hearing all the comments both good and bad about but so far I havent heard nothing bad about my cooking.

i am from the philippines and most people here loves adobo. it's basically meat (fish, pork, beef) cooked in sauted onions, garlic, tomatoes and red bell pepper... then mixed with a bit of soy sauce and vinegar, some black pepper, sugar and salt. and it's really delicious. i can cook it really good!

My family loves my fried chicken. Normally if I tell my siblings that I am frying chicken they will ask if they can come for dinner. I like to fry chicken often because it is one of my moms favorite things to eat. She iis picky about what she eats so anything I can do to get her to eat I do.

I can't say what my best dish is, but for my best creation, it is a chowder. It started ages ago when I was a teenager. At times my parents would not be home for dinner and I'd cook (I'm the eldest). Now, I'm a pretty bad cook.
One evening, "darn, I've got to cook dinner. Let's see, we've got some leftover turkey, some corn, potatoes...Hmm...corn starch? why do we have that? Hey, look, a recipe for white sauce. Wonder if I can make a chowder from that?" So I did. It turned out great. Now, I make it for my family and my kids love it.
