Lacross Team in North Carolina-is the first DA to ever lie, cajole and withhold discovery to attempt to have innocent people incarcerated for self-promotion? How did all of the other innocent people get put in jail for years only to have DNA exonerate them? Do you believe there should be PROCECUTORIAL IMMUNITY across the board or should the PROSECUTION beheld responsible for anything less than honorable actions in prosecuting cases? There is case after case showing misconduct on the part of the PROSECUTION and they are so supported by the masses. They lie, withhold evidence and twist stories to gain their ugly nefarious end. What about this? Where do you stand...? Do you belive that PROSECUTION is perfect? Next to GOD in honor?

There absolutely should be some sort of way to hold these people responsible for dishonest actions. If there is a way to prove it, then absolutely. I think that they are fishing for the public's support because they are no more than public servants that must have the backing or they cannot really function properly. I think we also run into cases where the Prosecution or the D.A. is just incredibly incompetent and unable to differentiate criminal action from intent. I cite this as an example... here in the San Francisco Bay Area, Mr. Natural Universe was arrested for assault and the cops had to subdue him... but he wasn't assaulting anyone, he was suffering from insulin shock... he is a diabetic. The cops felt he made threatening moves and arrested the man... I don't condemn the cops, but here's where this ties in. the D.A.'s office here has officially charged Mr. Burns with assault. Are you kidding me? with all the criminals out there, a man was suffering diabetic shock, and to add insult to injury, they are now charging him with assault? that is sick and I think that proves that these D.A. and prosecutors need to take a course in common sense before accepting appointment to these offices.

I cant tolerate officials of any kind not telling the truth. I think they should be fired when they are in any kind of official capacity. As far as that goes anyone in any kind of business that lies should be terminated. A person that has no problem lieing especially when young peoples lifes are on the line like they were here is a disgusting human being in my mind. Thankfully they were exonerated and found to not be guilty. If not their lifes would have probably been ruined.
