This kid Sonjaya is rediculous. What is wrong America. The kid finally sings a song half way decently and they kick off the best piece of eye candy left on the show. I am saying this for all the guys watching the show. (not being sexist) Come on, this young kid cannot sing. Let me know how you feel?

Why should I care that Haley got kicked off? Yes, she was beautiful. But the problem was that she lacked any singing talent, and that's something the show is mainly built upon. Would you rather of had Melinda or Lakisha get kicked off so your "eye candy" could stay on, and dress in skimpy outfits? The only reason Sanjaya is still on the show is the combination of his crazed fans and Vote for The Worst. People are voting for him based on "what will he do next?" or "what will his hairstyle be this week?" They are starting to care less and less about his lack of talent. It's almost like a elementary school's talent show. Popularity wins once again.

I felt alot of antomosity in your statement. Like I told my other fans, when it comes to a show like this, they need 1 or 2 beautiful girls to stay through most of the show to attract the attention of the male viewers. But at the same time they're doing that with sonjaya. Your right americas election systems are geared more to the popular vote than the just vote!

Well, honestly in my opinion Haley should have been a long time ago, so I feel the worst person left last week. As to the Hype for Sanjaya, I feel he does have a following Big time due to all of the hype about him. Whether there are people who like him for the Good, or for the Bad, there is nothing that we really can do.
I guess we can only hope this type of Idol does not continue next yr.

I agree, it's ridiculous the way they praise him when his singing is less terrible, even though it's still the worst on the show. I personally considered Gina the best eye candy and was upset when she got eliminated. Now that Haley's gone, the show is completely devoid of any eye candy. I really think there's a push to turn the show into Ugly Idol.

For real, that girl Gina was pretty fine, and they shut most of my interest for the show. With the exception that they are going to have someone famous sing at the beginning of each show now. But if america is picking the singers, who knows who is going to be the preformer. Brittney Spears. "AAAAHHHHH". At least Melinda Doolittle is still in the competition!!!

I agree completely! Sanjaya should have been gone a LONG time ago! I wasn't very fond of Haylie so I thought it was time for her to go (I understand though for a guys point of view =P) lol. She may have been pretty but she definitely couldn't sing as good as the others girls. But why Sanjaya is still there... I still don't know!! He has no reason to still be there. He can't sing as good as the others and he is not cute in any way. Hopefully he will be going home soon but I doubt it. He wasn't even in the bottom 3 this week!! =(

Hey they need someone attractive for the male vote to keep going in my opinion! But come on this kid is hillarious, maybe thats why they keep him on the show. And two weeks ago when he had his hair in that mohawk, He look like one of those troll dolls from the early 90's.

Haylie is not a good singer and also deserved to go home. Sanyaja should have gone first - a long time agao - but haylie also deserved it. All she was was eyecandy and not true talent½!

You say what is wrong with America. LOL I can tell you a lot of things that are wrong but will stick with one. Money.
I don't even know who Sonjaya is. However you must realize that they probably already know who won and they need to make a show out of it.
You can't think that they care about the contestants. It is all about money. They didn't make the show to entertain people. The show was created for money.
