Do you Exercise Every day?

Exercise is helpful to maintain health, it renews your circulation, decrease heart attacks, build your body, and make it physique and the most important thing it is decrease weight .. To have good health you have to exercise every day, and take healthy food.

I try to excercise everyday. Or at least do some activity to keep me moving. I've also recently started trying to eat healthier. Not only for myself but for my daughter. She is now to the point where she eats what we eat so I feel it's important to set a good example for her early. As far as the exercise goes I'm a lot better at staying fit when it's nice out. When it's nice out I take my daughter to go walking in the park almost everyday for about 30 minutes to an hour. When I'm home I also try to do 30 minutes to an hour of workouts I have recorded.
