Do you Exercise Every day?

Exercise - do you want to loose weight , become physique ,maintain your health

Exercise is helpful to maintain health, it renews your circulation, decrease heart attacks, build your body, and make it physique and the most important thing it is decrease weight .. To have good health you have to exercise every day, and take healthy food. Do you exercise every day? Do you think you have to exercise? Do you know how to exercise?

I try to gym every day.Some day i have 10 minutes for it and another day it is 30 minutes. Regular gym is the best for body:)

I dont excercise daily , but i think i have to , as excercising is very important ... i know how to excercise but i cant find time to

I try to excercise everyday. Or at least do some activity to keep me moving. I've also recently started trying to eat healthier. Not only for myself but for my daughter. She is now to the point where she eats what we eat so I feel it's important to set a good example for her early. As far as the exercise goes I'm a lot better at staying fit when it's nice out. When it's nice out I take my daughter to go walking in the park almost everyday for about 30 minutes to an hour. When I'm home I also try to do 30 minutes to an hour of workouts I have recorded.

nowadays im not active in exercise because of my busy schedule. but when i have the time, i jog for at least an hour so i can stay fit.
