Views about Freedom on Internet?

When there is freedom, there is also some responsibility. Freedom used without responsibility is harmful. Internet has freedom. But don't you think mostly it is the freedom misused? There is mainly no direct regulatory body. Do you think this is one of the reasons? What are the other main reasons behind it? Should there be a regularity body?

no it is not freedom is a hard concept for some to understans and accept especialy the freedom to thik as one wishes thank God I live in a country where it is accepted !

so do you think if someone thinks that he has right to murder someone, it is freedom. I guess freedom itself has its responsibilities. All the wrong things happening on the internet can't be allowed in the name of freedom.
