Mylot referrals

Hi, I'm new to this site and I was wondering if someone could explain how I can get referrals by adding a mylot banner to another site. I know how to add a banner (there are many free ones online) but I don't know how to link it to my referral URL so that I can benefit from the referral. Please could someone explain how to do this.

I have gotten my referrals from family and coworker and then in my blogs. I talk about what I do at Mylot and my successes and yes the money I make as pocket money. That can work if you have readers to your blogs. Good luck and hope you find some active ones. One of my three is active.

Thank you for your response. I don't have a blog yet, but I've been thinking about starting one. I'm gonna have to email all my friends and family, I think. The thing is I'm very busy working so I don't have too much time to spend online and I know that having referrals would really boost my chances of making some cash. Does anyone else know if it's possible to use banners for referrals?
