There is no "best" console as each one has advantages and disadvantages. If really depends on the person, the games, and what they perfer in general.

Comparing the PS3 to the other consoles currently available, the PS3 is grossly overpriced. Sony must really slash prices if they ever expect the PS3 to successfully penetrate the market. Sony may have won with the original PlayStation and PS2 because they able to release the consoles ahead of the competition (Sega Saturn, N64, etc.) but it has to rethink its strategy now because it is the newcomer in the next gen console wars.

For me I have never played the PS3 system, I find I still really enjoy them old regular Nintendo Mario all the way lol Take care

no...it's too expensive for a game console...also, when I go to a local gamestop or eb games, I always see the PS3 frozen or not working, as opposed to the Nintendo Wii

I think it is going to be the downfall of the Sony Empire. Here are my reasons: 1 Bottom Line Blu Ray Player Only 600.00 Reliable Blu Ray starts at 900.00 2 X Box 360 is a stronger system with better support even if you have to pay for it 3 They are already removing the backwards compatable chips from the futre PS3 systems so you may want to get one quick. 4 Games will get better as the system ages but the Wii is family oriented and has a niche hold on the market with the 360 close at second. 5 Time to leave the land of the sun and buy American

It really doesn't matter. As long as you the consumer enjoys it, it's fine! I see what you mean. But if you mean the best selling the ps3 is in the top 5! I just have a question my self. Ok so I might buy a new console using PayPal. I might buy it from Toysrus. My choices are Nintendo DS Lite, PS3, Xbox 360, and Nintendo Wii. I have a black ds lite, but I want to get one for my sister. Please tell me what you think is best for me.
