Eric graduated from university last summerwith a degree in marketing. He now has a entry-level marketing job.he works hard and enjoys his job.He also loves his part time job.On Saturdays he vonlunteers as a baseball coach for orphans.
Eric really enjoys his vonlunteer work.He knows the kids need good role models. He loves making a difference in their lives. But Eric's parents think he should stop vonlunteeing."Why don't you put in some overtime at work instead" his dad says."You'd get more experience and could earn a promotion faster."
So if you were Eric, what would you do?just give up vonlunteering ,or keep his dad in the dark about the vonlunteering,or have a frank talk with dad and persuade him to understand you?

I think it's great that he is vonlunter as a baseball coach. I think his dad need to let him do what he wants and he is happy to baseball coach for the orphans, those kids will look up to him as a role model. I think his dad needs to be proud of his son for voluntary as a baseball coach.

You can make all the money in the world but there is nothing as soul satisfying as helping those children.
I think Erics parents need to stop and think about how rich Eric really is.You already got a promotion bud right up to the top of those childrens hearts.
Eric should have a talk with his dad and tell him you are an adult and helping those childrenis better than any promotion you could get.
