What is it with guys wearing their pants down around their knees?

Ok, so what is it with guys wearing their pants down around their knees? No, not the guys who sag their pants down low and they're halfway down their butt, these guys are literally wearing their pants around their knees! WHY?? Do they realize how stupid they look? I guess they don't care. What are your thoughts on this? And do you have an answer for me?

They CAN'T walk! Well, I guess they sorta can, but it's hard for them and you can tell. Which again, just makes them look stupid! They're "walking" around with their pants down around their knees and they have to waddle everywhere.

I do not like this look at all either and wonder why people do such a thing. They think they are cool or look cool by doing this but I think it creates a bad image for them. You are right that they do not care about how they look. I think wearing pants down around their knees makes a person look very bad and immature and people may think of them as trouble makers. I know that I would never wear clothes down around my knees. :-)

Oh gawd!!....I,m in the Uk its going on all over here too, I have a son whos 9 n he thinks its quite daft too. It drives me blooming nuts, especially if i,m sat down on a crowded bus or tram and I find one with thier trousers hanging down in my face!! *growls* I really get this strong urge to go and pull it up!! One of these days i literally might!!! lol ;-)

It's what their favourite icons or idols are wearing i.e. rap artists, gangsters, and other men/boys wear in their hood LOL I find it totally ridiculous and they do look stupid to me but to them, they think they are wearing the latest fashion when it comes to rap artists, gangsters and other sorts. I sure wouldn't call it fashion LOL

But are their "idols" wearing their pants down around the KNEES or are they wearing 'em halfway down their butt? I haven't seen any rappers wearing 'em down around their knees, but then again, I'm not into rap and haven't seen any recent videos, so who knows?

Mine tried this and I told them it is called underware for a reason and if i am buying the cloth sthen you aint seeing no underware.
This just annoys me to no end. I do not know how parent let there kids out of the house lookin like that.
Too me it reflects badly on parent and the child i will not allow mine to look like that even thou they try.

They try to leave the house with their pants down at their knees? Or are they just sagging their pants down halfway down their butts? Cuz there's a difference, but either way, it looks kinda dumb. Down at the knees looks REALLY dumb, though. Why would you want to have to waddle around like a penguin? Thanks for the response!

Beats me but it does look funny when they are trying to climb stairs or run for a bus. It seems to eb the neewest style what really driving me crazy is girls and ther thongs riding high when they wear hip huggers then they are always trying to tuck it back down.
