I know it doesn't sound like much, but I got paid approximately $1.75 into my Paypal from the Paypal investment program. I am really happy. Although its not much anything extra is always great. I think they are paying out every week or so from the program so about 4 times every month you'll make more money just for leaving some decent cash in your account. I will be getting more in my account soon, so I hope my investment returns will be significatly more :)

You should check out ING Direct online bank. Their interest rates are great. They have online checking and savings acounts with interest rates that beat any banks by me. Plus their FDIC insured unlike paypal. I have my ING account and my Paypal account linked, and just transfer my paypal earnings to my ING account. It's just safer to have the money in a real bank

I should check it out. I just feel like a bit of traitor banking elsewhere when I work at a bank. lol
But then it would be kind of nice because if my savings were at a bank other than the one where I work, I wouldn't be as likely to get into them.

If your talking about their money market thing, just be carefull about keeping a large amount of money in your account. The money market is not garenteed, and the % they show you on your account page can go to a negitive number, and you will lose money. I haven't seen it happen yet, but just be aware, it can lose you money if the money market drops.

Right now you get paid 5.04% from a 7 day yielding period. I believe they pay you interest 2 to 3 times a month :) Which means more money for us, very nice of them.

Congratulations and KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!! Whether you know it or not, you're ahead of a lot of folks online who don't even earn a dime. So you've definitely broke some ground. Now just take your sledgehammer and break some more!-)

Congratulations! I know what you mean, I get excited over even little amounts of extra money too. A little bit can add up to a lot after awhile though! :) I've been thinking about looking into the Paypal investment thing, so I guess I'll have to check it out. Glad to know it's working out well for you! :)

That's great! Congratulations!
I hope I could also have a paypal account so that I could also invest some amount on it. The sad part is that paypal is not available in our country. I have registered for e-gold account to be able to receive payments here in MyLoy. That was really rewarding, you will earn from your own money without doing anything.

Every little bit helps out, definitely. I mean just think of what that extra 1.75 can do. If it were me, it would go toward coca-cola. The addiction of caffeine.
