which season is suitable for quilting?

In winter some irregular knitters start knitting. If you're not a regular quilter then which season does inspire you to quilt?

I always get the urge to quilt in the fall. The cooler weather and the autumn colors are very inspirational. I will usually start my next quilting project around October. Maybe it's just some instinct that winter is coming....
