how do u solve the problem?
or is u r pc working too slow like p3 or p2 even if u have p4?
then what u do to increase the spee of u r pc?
is their any trick to increase the speed of pc?

Problems are bound to arise and there are several techniques also thet helps to regain the lost performance level. Carry out the following tips once in a week:
1. Defragment the hard drives
2. Delete all teporary files from winfows Tems folder]
3. Delete files from temporary folder under document and settings and also try to remove all offline files from History folder.
4. Scan for Viruses.
5. Delete all junk softwares.
try out and feel the difference.

Those are definitely good things to do, and not just when your computer is slow, but regularly, to help prevent this in the first place. Also, if your hard drive is getting full, try to free up as much space as you can, by backing files up onto CDs and DVDs or by compressing them if you don't use them often.

hello everyone.
the first thing to do is to check for viruses[complete scan] with a good software such as avg7.5 or macfee or norton. then u need to install a fresh copy of windows, new install. now install only those softwares tht u need at utmost and do not add unnecessary softwares at startup. increase the page file and keep ur hard drive defragmented. use ntfs partition while in xp or 2000. try to have atleast 512mb ram or even 256 will work. check for viruses every month.

u rhardware configration is good then also u cant have good perfomance then what will u do leaving format option bcoz having some software licenced which i cant get it agin i will have to purchace it again so leaving format option so that i can change some windows setting so i can make it fast and some another tricks

i think you should disable unused things on startup, delete the unused desktop items, then just open a program you needed, dont open so much, also you can overclock your pc, :D

might be some virus or some problem or it might problem with u r processor so just clean u r processor i mean u r processor might be stuck
