My stereo in my truck was stolen!

My stereo in my truck was stolen about a month ago although I'm not exactly sure when it was actually stolen! I guess I left my door unlocked and it was very easy for them to get to it! LOL I'm a doofus! I wasn't mad or anything because it was kind of my fault, I haven't driven my truck in a long time and it was just sitting there collecting dust! I know it wasn't actually my fault because they're the ones who are going around stealing and they shouldn't be doing that in the first place but HELLO! I DID leave the door unlocked...DUH! That's just asking for it! Although, I may have not left it open but maybe unlocked it on accident one day when walking by it because it has a remote to lock and unlock the doors and I just didn't realize it! Anyways...good thing it was a cheap stereo (about $120-$130) because if it was an expensive one then I'd actually had been mad! But the thing is I would have never expected it to happen to me whether my door was unlocked or not because I live in a pretty nice neighborhood! The police drive around and patrol our neighborhood!! Where the heck were they that night!? Not doing their jobs OBVIOUSLY! LOL
