how many of u have troublesome neighbours

how many of you have troublesome neighbours?my neighbours are very troublesome as they are very noisy,are very shameless,and of course think the world of thier own......How can I handle them.

Those kind of people doesn't have any good values on their bodies... why should I say so? It's because I've been experience that same thing when I was living alone on an apartment I'm just new on that neighborhood a house next to me always playing a loud sounds during the night. So I usually don't have enough sleep then... I consult that problem to my friend and she adviced me to ignore it... Try to make friends with them and maybe you can open your concerns to them in a right proper manner. I hope these kind of people do change...
