How do I know an online paying site is Spam or Not?

Friends I come across many sites which claims to pay for just visiting ads or their websites.But I just can't figure out whether they really pay or not until the first minimum amount is reached which is in most cases around $5.00 or more.Is there any website which gives information about all these fake sites.Please let me know otherwise I will be wasting my time surfing them.

You can know this by asking clarifications to friends in any site. First you post a topic on your any doubt, many will reply, read them honestly and decide at your own. If any site is spam, will be no longer in existance, believe me. It is better to be in one site for few days and watch the activities closely, you yourself will know. Just to decide on friends' comment is not fair. At Least Mylot is not spam by this time, you know.
